Important Notice: By opening an account, logging in, or using any service on 8upb, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted all the Terms and Conditions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 8upb platform and the user ("you" or "member"). By accessing or using the 8upb website, app, or any related service, you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using any 8upb service. These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and apply to the Bangladesh market.

These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are considered an integral part of this document.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria must be met to use 8upb services:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is operated for persons aged 21 and above only.
  • You must be a person legally residing in Bangladesh.
  • Your account is strictly for personal use — operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
  • Your account has never previously been suspended or closed by 8upb.
  • You are using this platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
Warning: Registration or gaming by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request age verification documents at any time. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on 8upb, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The same person may not open multiple accounts — only one account per person is permitted.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure the security of our platform, 8upb may request the following documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time:

  • A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
  • Bank account statement or mobile banking details.
  • Any document as proof of address.
  • A recent selfie or photograph.

Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. Submission of false documents will result in account closure.

3.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact 8upb support immediately.

8upb uses SSL encryption technology to keep your personal and financial information secure. We will never ask for your password via email or chat.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on 8upb: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank). Deposits or withdrawals via any other method are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Limits

  • Minimum deposit: ৳300 for each method.
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, additional time may be required if a KYC verification is pending or if a special review is underway on the account.

4.4 Fund Transfer Conditions

Deposited funds must be sent only from the mobile number or bank account registered to your 8upb account. Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in account suspension and the relevant funds being held.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

8upb offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
  • Deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus).

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each user may use each bonus offer only once.
  • Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • 8upb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion.
  • The validity period of a bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion details — the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
  • If any form of fraudulent activity is suspected, the bonus and related winnings may be cancelled.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on 8upb are operated on the principles of fairness and transparency. Our system uses a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play.

6.2 Betting Responsibility

  • Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • Bets placed based on odds or amounts displayed incorrectly due to a technical error may be considered void.
  • 8upb reserves the right to suspend or investigate bets if suspicious betting patterns are detected.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All bets will be settled based on the official result of the relevant event. If a match is abandoned, cancelled, or left undecided, the related bets will be refunded.

6.4 Casino & Slots

Live casino and slots games are available in our 8upb Casino section. The rules specific to each game are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection, the game result stored on the server will be final.

7. Responsible Gaming

8upb believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should not become a problem. We encourage all our users to play responsibly.

  • Never bet an amount you cannot afford to lose.
  • Avoid playing when emotional or under the influence of alcohol.
  • If needed, you can contact our support to set a temporary limit or break on your own account.

8. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on 8upb and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

  • Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
  • Creating artificial betting patterns to meet bonus requirements (bonus abuse).
  • Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
  • Using hacking, bots, or any automated program to access the platform.
  • Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs in the system.
  • Using another user's identity or information.
  • Misconduct or making threats toward 8upb staff.
  • Playing games on behalf of minors or managing accounts for them.
Consequences: In the event of any violation of the above rules, 8upb reserves the right to close the account without prior notice, forfeit funds, and take legal action if necessary.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8upb website and platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — are the exclusive intellectual property of 8upb. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using them for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, Evolution Gaming) is subject to the intellectual property of the respective companies, and separate terms apply to their use.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Limitation of Liability

8upb is an entertainment platform and we are not liable for any loss caused by technical errors, disconnections, or issues with third-party services. In particular:

  • 8upb is not responsible for any situation arising in a game due to an internet disconnection.
  • 8upb is not directly responsible for delayed transactions caused by a system outage from a third-party payment provider.
  • 8upb's maximum liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual balance of the account in question.
  • 8upb will not be held liable if service is disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).

All risks associated with using the platform are borne by the user, and it will be assumed that this decision is made knowingly.

12. Account Suspension or Closure

12.1 8upb's Rights

8upb reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Providing false information or documents.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
  • Non-cooperation with KYC verification.
  • Extended inactivity (after a specified period).

12.2 User Rights

You may also contact our support at any time to request the closure of your own account. All valid balances are withdrawable before account closure, however bonus balances with pending wagering requirements will be cancelled.

13. Terms and Conditions Changes

8upb reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will publish a notice on the website and the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be changed.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms and Conditions are published will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms. You are advised to visit this page regularly.
